World Alzheimers Day-meta-analysis published showing blood pressure variability increases risk of dementia

Published online for World Alzheimers Day 21 September - FCMHW’s Post-doctoral Research Fellow, Dr Phillip Tully and international collaborators publish a meta-analysis involving a dataset for nearly 8 Mi individuals that shows that not only hypertension, but also high variability in blood pressure is related to risk of cognitive impairment and dementia.
