Men needed for study comparing outcomes of team-sport versus circuit training based exercise programs
Men aged 35–54 years, who are not currently playing team-sport, are invited to take part in a 12-week (2x per week) exercise program (Australian Rules Football or circuit-based training) at the University of South Australia Mawson Lakes campus and undergo some health testing.
